The production process of industrial upholstery

The process includes a first step of realization of upholstery by: die cutting of tissue, high frequency welding and thermoforming of leather, sewing and embroidery.

A second step of assembling and packaging with automated plant.

To guarantee the products are performed several tests and checks on materials, semi-finished and finished products, such as: mechanical controls with dynamometers, solicitation to repeated loads, torsion, vibration, humidity and rain simulation.
